New site for kids aging out

http://www.wnyc.org/news/articles/93449

From WNYC public radio, a new web site which helps kids who face the daunting task of aging out of the system, a list of resources for healthcare and other vital things for day to day life. DC needs such a site. At CASA in DC, a huge number of the children served are teens, even older teens. Many of them do NOT have a loving in their lives. Instead, in their lives are a mix of court hearings and meetings with social workers, therapists, paid mentors and the like. The lucky ones have a great foster parent who is a real steward, helping them navigate this world and get ready for hood.
